12:00-13:00 – Yoga For All

This course is designed to help us safely regain flexibility, strength and stamina. It is a friendly, supportive group and you will be encouraged to practise within your comfort zone. Classes will also include breathing exercises and relaxation techniques.

Wednesdays

18:00-19:00 – Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is a calming, gentle and supportive form of yoga which increases mind-body awareness.  Classes are flowing and meditative and the content of each class differs from week to week. Classes may include breath work (pranayama) and meditation, and will end with a period of relaxation.

Venue – Brighton Natural Health Centre, 27 Regent st, Brighton, BN1 1UL and on Zoom
Level – Continuers
Price – £10.50 drop-in (cheaper with class card)

 

 

Thursdays

09:30-10:30 – Gentle Yoga And Relaxation

Designed for beginners, people recovering from injury or those with limited mobility. This is an all-inclusive, friendly class that includes yoga postures (chair based and standing) and relaxation techniques. You will receive a recording of the class to repeat as you wish during the forthcoming week.

Venue – This class is currently running online via Zoom.
Level – Beginner friendly
Price – £56/49 for 7 weeks

 

Fridays

09:30-10:30 – Yoga After Drop-off

This class is designed to rebuild strength and flexibility and aims to provide a regular space to unwind and de-stress. A friendly, relaxed group of like-minded folk! You will receive a recording of the class to repeat as you wish during the forthcoming week.
Venue – This class is currently running online via Zoom.
Level – Open
Price – £56/49 for 7 weeks

 

Saturdays
11:00-12:15 – Hatha Yoga

Class includes both flowing and held yoga postures with an emphasis on breath awareness.
